Self-immolation
At 14:00 noon on Tuesday, August 24, a municipal contractor attempted to self-immolate in protest against the payment of his claims against the head of the financial district of the municipality of district 16 in Tehran. He is reported to be in hospital at the hospital.
According to reports released on Tuesday afternoon, after the municipality's financial director told him he would still have to wait to receive his demands again, he burned himself.
It is noted that this is the third self-immolation in the last year in Tehran's municipality buildings. On Saturday this week, a municipality contractor in Qom, burned self-immolation and, unfortunately, died on Sunday because of the severity of the injuries.
According to reports, the municipality contractor had received a few months to pay the money to the financial director and did not receive his claims every time he came out of the chamber. He said he was pursuing his money for the last time this morning and told him that we would pay the night of duty, when he returned at noon but told him that they could not claim him for the moment that he was angry and burned himself.
